I'm Back!

Hey everyone? How was your Christmas? We had a wonderful Christmas with tons of family, gifts, and food!!! TONS OF FOOD!! All in all....it was great! Karlee and Madison had a blast on Monday, and we enjoyed watching them.

Bro. Tim and Sis. Crystal are here for a visit, it was so good to see them again. Bro. Tim preached and Sis. Crystal sang....just like old times!! They stayed till almost midnight last night and we just sat around and talked...and talked...and talked some more.

The answer to "Friday's Who Said What" is Charlie Brown in "A Charlie Brown Christmas".
I will be putting another one up tomorrow. Come back and check it out!!!

An Extended Stay Cut Short

We are now home! Home sweet home! We decided that since Catina was doing so well that we would go ahead and come on home early. I was so happy to sleep in my bed last night, it felt so good!! :o)

Catina is still doing good, she is a little lonely since we left...but she is feeling good.

An Extended Stay

We found out that we will be staying a week longer than planned. Catina is feeling better, but needs us to stay until she is sure she is well. We did not pack any church clothes due to thinking we were going to be home by today. But our plans changed. So we had to get a new outfit for church.

Madison is so adorable!! She is so smart too. When we were sitting to dinner Thursday night Madison looked at me and then Catina and said "These are my 2 Tina's!" I loved it!! It was so cute!!!

I have had a bad headache for the last 2 days, I would like for y'all to please pray that my headache would go away and stay away!!! Continue to pray for Catina...as I said, she is doing better, but is still having some issues with her sinuses that are putting her down.

A morning alone...

This morning we have been left alone for a little while. My aunt had to go into work today for a couple of hours, and Madison is at her school. So Momma and I have been hanging around the house. Momma has decided to do some of Catina's chores while she is gone...the dusting, vacuuming, and mopping the floor.

I had a hard time sleeping last night because of not being in my bed, and my mom had it like 90* below 0 in the room we are in. She took advantage of the fact that the room we are in has it's own thermostat...so that is why I froze....WITH 2 blankets!!! :op

I am not sure of what the rest of today holds, but tomorrow will be getting ready for church tomorrow night, we are going to my Aunts church with her. I am looking forward to it!!
Pray for me please, I am not feeling to well and I will feel this way for the remainder of this visit more than likely. I would greatly appreciate the prayers!!!

We Are Here!!!

I just thought I would let everyone know that we made it safely to the state of North Carolina! We left at 9:30 and got here at 3:00....anyone that has ever traveled from Ga to NC knows that it takes longer than 5 1/2 hours to get here. The norm is 6 to 6 1/2 hours! LOL....so Momma got us here quick!! :oP

I will be posting through-out the week on the things happening here. But for now I need to go so Momma can put her post on!

Taking A Trip

My mom and I will be leaving tomorrow morning to head to North Carolina to help out my aunt that has been sick for about 3 weeks now. Her husband is deployed to Iraq and she has a 2 year old daughter, and she has not been able to get ANY rest. So we are going to bail her out of all that work and let her rest to her heart content.

We will be back sometime Saturday. The good news is that we will have internet access, so I will be able to post and let y'all know how is it going. Please pray that my aunt will get the rest she needs to get better and that we will have a safe trip there.

Well...I need to go pack now...this was a last second decision...so I need to get A LOT done before tomorrow morning. I will be taking my camera, so there will be pictures when I get back.
