A Late Night
Well...Today's story is going to be interresting!!! Last night I went to put my dog outside and to my surprise, we had a raccoon on the deck. So I hit the glass window to scare it off and all it did was go up the tree. So I thought okay....it will go away. So I went to bed. Well while I was in bed I heard a noise. So I went to see if it was back. As I looked out I noticed that there were 2 of them. As I got a closer look one was a oppossum and the other a raccoon!!! All we could think of is the cats! So I got my dad's pellet gun and shot the oppossum in his back and all you could see was the dirt from his fur going everywhere!!! They were bouncing off of him!! So....when the raccoon started coming down from the tree I took the pellet gun and shot it twice in the head! Well.....They bounced of his head. So as the pellets are bouncing he is steadily looking at me!! So that did not work. By the time my dad got home from work the had vanished!! And this was from 11:30 to 1:30 am. Yesterday was just a DAY!! We went out to eat with my Aunt and Uncle. Then we went to a fun park and road go-carts and did the batting cages! So I am really tired, but I will get over it right?? Let me know how your day was yesterday??? ANY RACCOONS OR OPPOSSUMS???

Today, A Recipe
Today I thought that I would do something different. I am going to do a recipe!!
Quick Salsa Chicken
You will need,
2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 teaspoons Old El Paso taco seasoning mix
1/2 cup Old El Paso Thick and chunky salsa
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon sour cream, if desired
What you will need to do is,
1)Heat the oven to 375*F. Sprinkle both sides of chicken breast with taco seasoning mix, place in ungreased 8-inche square glass baking dish. Pour salsa over the chicken.
2)Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender and juice runs clear. Sprinkle cheese evenly over the chicken, bake 3 to 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream.
Personally I have never tried this, but I thought it sounded good!! If any of you happen to try it let me know how it taste!! Okay!

Wednesday
Today has been your typical Wednesday!! Taking showers, finding and ironning clothes and getting dinner when the time comes! With us babysitting is another one. I am thankful that I have the water to take a shower with and the clothes to find and iron!! And a cousin to babysit!! I am thankful for the food to cook as well. Tonights dinner will be sausage and something!! I am not sure what else yet. What all are you thankful for? First of all I am thankful for the salvation that God gave me almost 11 years ago. And for my family and our house, my church and my dog!!

A trip to Kansas
In the next couple of weeks we will be taking a trip to Kansas. We will leave on June 3rd and come back on the 8th. We are going to visit my Grandparents. I have never met them. It is going to be an interresting visit! Please pray as we make that visit. They are lost. They are my mom's parents. Their names are Jerry and Alice Puder. We would like to get as many people praying for them as possible. This is the first time that my mom will see them in almost 15 years. It is going to be a 16 hour drive!! We are going to be traveling at night. PLEASE PLEASE PRAY!!!! I am very nervous about meeting them. Does anyone know what it is like to meet your grandparents for the first time when you are 16 yrs old??? It is one of those things that you are like...." I wonder if they will like me?? " So naturally I am nervous! We all are! Just please pray that we will have a good trip and that the Lord will use us while we are there!
Kittens
As some of you already know, we have 5 kittens in the basement!! Not to mention we have 3 cats that due to have kittens. DOES ANY ONE WANT A CAT FULL OF KITTENS??? Do any of you like cats or kittens?? I do like them...but not that much!! Well we know that our cats know the Bible! It say go and multiply!!! They took it seriously!! Thankfully they are all outside. We don't have to deal with them. Most of the time they run off and have them anyway! So anyone want one??? Hahaha!
